Conditions
of Sale
The determination of the fitness of the suitability of any
product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer.
Should any Tactical Advantage product prove defective after
purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or
retailer, assumes the entire risk of all liability. Any claims
for defective items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
All Tactical Advantage prices, product designs, and availability
are subject to change without notice.
Safety
Information
Tactical Advantage cautions against the use of its products
by persons untrained or inexperienced in the use of firearms
or any other tool/weapon that our products are intended to
carry. Careless or negligent usage of any of these items with
or without these products may be dangerous and may result
in injury or death. Products have been inspected prior to
shipment by the manufacturer; however, the user/buyer should
inspect the product before use. Snaps and fasteners should
be inspected regularly to ensure proper security of the item
being carried. Always keep the safety snaps fastened.
Retention
No holster is "snatch-proof". Therefor, the user
must exercise extreme diligence at all times in any situation
where another person may attempt to take the user's handgun.
Do not rely on your holster's retention capabilities to justify
activity which may dislodge your firearm. Your firearm should
be held in place by hand during vigorous physical activity
to avoid the gun falling from the holster. We caution against
the use of custom, worn or broken guns, and guns of basically
inferior quality. We also caution against the use of any accessories
that might interfere with the proper and safe fit of the gun
in the holster, including such accessories as oversized hammers
and triggers, trigger shoes, oversize grips, and grip adapters.
Any handgun adaptation may cause improper holster fit and
accidental handgun discharge. Do not alter any Tactical Advantage
product in any way.
Holsters
To ensure that your gun and new holster match exactly for
a custom fit, specify the make and model of the gun, caliber,
left or right hand, and barrel length.
- automatics:
measure from the rear portion of the ejection port to the
end of the barrel
- revolvers: measure
from the face of the cylinder to the end of the barrel
Fit
Your Tactical Advantage holster should be used with the specific
gun model for which it was designed. Handgun manufacturers
constantly update their products, often several times a year,
so it is important for safety that you physically check the
compatibility of the handgun with the holster. To test your
holster for proper fit, UNLOAD YOUR FIREARM and place it in
the holster. If there is any question of fit, or if your holster
becomes worn, loose or defective at any time, cease use immediately.
Belts
Duty belts are designed to be worn over the belt liners. Belts
are available in sizes 28" to 52". Order sizes based
